This process retains the natural colour, taste and aroma of the fruit and, most importantly, retains many of the nutrients found in the fruit itself.

WILD BLACKBERRY
Blackberry is the name for several species of climbing plants of the genus Rubus from the family Roses (Rosaceae). Blackberries can grow 50-300 cm in height. Their tree is more or less covered with thorns and in places thickened. Spines are used for climbing, but also as a defence mechanism against animals that feed on blackberry leaves. It blooms from June to August. Subsequently, a small berry fruit of red colour develops from each individual flower, which later darkens to a deep blue and almost black colour. Blackberries are high in nutritional value and contain vitamin C, K, B9 and the essential mineral manganese.
